Ww after doing sw

I'm considering joining ww online. I've done sw with success in the past but don't want to go to group at the moment and the online only version looks bit rubbish.

I've done ww years and years ago and loved it but it looks like it's changed alot. Back then I ate more ww packet meals and their choc bars which were easy to record.

Is ww still heavily based on lots of packet meals etc or is it easy to record if you mainly cook from scratch?

Hi @mamma2013
I use the ww app only and think it's really useful for recipes. I often change the recipe slightly and by using the edit facility I can do this easily and the app changes the points automatically which can then be saved and found next time.

I've lost slowly and steadily and know that the weight loss is sustainable.

I'd say go for it
