I've just joined weight watchers.

I'm 5'3 and 14 stone 7 (thought it was 14 stone so was horrified when I stepped on the scales).

I've got the aim to lose 6 stone 7lbs.

I've tried and failed so many times before but never tried WW.

I need to do this for my health and for my husband and children too, they need a healthy wife and mum Smile

The new app is brilliant. I just rejoined last week .too

You want to weigh 8st? You could be a gold member at 10st.
Good luck. One day at a time, slow and steady is good.

DumbleDorkReturns · 22/09/2020 21:47

@dottyaboutstripes yes, I was that size about a decade ago and was happy and confident at that weight. Appreciate it may not be that easy in my 30s to get that small after 2 children etc

Hi DumbleDorkReturns. How have you been getting on? I have just rejoined and start on Friday.

Squiffy01 · 02/10/2020 14:24

I have just joined coming to my first weigh in on Sunday. I had a sneaky weigh in and have gained 200g. I wanted to cry and proceeded to stuff three biscuits in my mouth. A bagel for lunch with my veg chilli instead of just chilli and that a bag of crisps. So now I can’t even say when I weigh in properly on Sunday that I’ve followed it perfectly and still gained like I could this morning.
I’m so cross with myself

5 weeks in and I'm 16lbs down SmileSmile

Wow, that’s amazing! I’m toying with joining again but I never succeed 😢

Hi all, been looking up the new plan as considering joining. Would someone mind explaining the difference between the 3 colour plans
I’ve tried SW in past but it’s not worked for me (me not sticking to it)
Debating whether to bite the bullet and do group or just on line ??? Thanks
