Hungry all the time

I started WW last week, I'm on Blue and I have 28sp a day. 5'6'', 10 stone 10lb, hoping to lose about 10lb.

I'm managing to stick to it, I'm using some of the recipes on the app and I know about the 0sp foods like salmon and eggs but I'm finding I'm always hungry, especially late morning and always in the evening (8pm onwards). I could absolutely demolish a bowl of cereal or something right now. And when I get hungry my concentration is off, and I feel fed up and distracted.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I am not using ww, it never worked for me, but I find it interesting that the two example zero point foods you mention are both protein sources. protein sources are very important for making a meal seem satisfying, but the most important thing for keeping satisfied till you can next eat is to include plenty of non-sugary vegetables, and drink lots of water. I would aim for 3-4 times more weight in veg like broccoli, carrots, string beans etc than you have of your protein item, and aim for 10 servings of fruit and veg each day (only 2-3 of which should be fruit due to the sugar) - so unless you are already doing all this try upping your veg and water intake.
