Unfortunately zero foods don't always hit the spot.
Anyone found some filling low point snacks?

My favourite thing is that I can eat loads of fruit but it just doesn't hit the spot. However, a low fat Laughing Cow triangle totally hits it. I know they are not very healthy but its like a quick protein hit and I feel really good. Also, I find a cup of tea fills the void too.

Anymore?

Forgot to add.

1 x low fat Laughing Cow Triangle = 1 point

This is so easy! I make with lemon/lime and do a pint of orange jelly with mandarin segments. They're really refreshing together x

Is it the sachet of jelly? Looks lovely. Thank you.

Kiki275 · 27/07/2020 09:38

@NurseP yes, one sachet of the sugar free crystals (I recommend the Hartleys, they're less saccharin tasting) x
