Not just doing WW's, but doing a 360 lovefest

Last week I signed up to WW's again. I've done it 4 or 5 times over 27 years and it has always worked for me in the past. I've had a few really crappy years and let my low mood affect my weight and self love.

I joined last week and lost 5 lbs which I am really pleased with. I haven't looked all over the website yet, but from what I remember from previous WW's, it is not just about losing weight. It is also about regaining your self worth, loving yourself and looking after your precious physical and mental health.

So, concentrate on the weight, but also be very good to yourself. I've only been on this a week and I can see other changes in me already. The motivation to look at nice clothes and accessories, doing face masks, feeling like I care about myself.

It's amazing what losing a bit of weight does for your self esteem, even a bit and how putting on weight has a negative effect on your all round.

Remember to treat yourself as you go along and reward yourself when you have successes.

Totally agree with all this. I joined last week and it has made me feel in control again. Good luck with it.

Yes, in control. That is a good way of looking at it.
Good luck to you too.
