Yes but you have to be within 5lb of goal I think. Theoretically you are also meant to weigh in a certain number of times a year.

Yes.
But you have to go to 5 weigh ins in a year....and be 5lbs within goal.

I've been a gold member for a very long time (17 years) and not too long before lockdown I discovered they had changed the rules and you had to weigh something like once a month rather than 5 times a year. My local meeting reopened about 3 weeks ago but I haven't gone yet. It's literally go in one at s time and stand on the scales then leave. Oh - apart from them trying to flog you stuff!
