Is weight watchers any good?

I'm thinking about joining weight watchers as I just seem to constantly stuff my face on slimming world and have learnt zero portion control.

I just want to hear of any success stories for weight watchers. I have 3 to 4 stone to loose and it seems really daunting!

Is it worth it?

I lost a stone in a couple of months on it before lockdown. I have fallen off the wagon big time since but it does work. I like the fact you have three plans to choose from.

i would do the green plan if you don't have any portion control (I don't either, i think i could gain weight on slimming world!)

I've just signed up again and down 5lbs in just under 2 weeks. I've found it really easy to follow, although I am having to weigh my food to make sure I have the right portions!

I'm on green plan, and am really happy with it at the moment and think it feels like something I will be able to stick with. But, it is early days!
