I've done weight watchers on and off for years and have probably done every plan going!! I did really well on pro points but went on to have my first child so put a bit of it back on! It took me ages to get to grips with smart points (I was perfectly capable of running a healthy diet on pro but just found it gave me more flexibility). Then they introduced the change where it was all ruddy chicken breast and eggs, I fell pregnant again and haven't been back since.
So, I want to start again. I'm trying to decide whether to root out my old books and buy an old calculator on eBay or whether to sign up. I like the online features, I just can't bear the thought of more chicken and eggs!
I'm guessing it's changed again, as it seemed to change every year and a quick shuffle on here suggests there are different colour plans. Can anyone tell me what it's like at the moment?
