Hi @snowwhite26 I hope so as I've just joined today and will start tomorrow morning. I have a food shop arriving this evening with all the sorts of foods I'll be needing.

It put me on the purple but I've decided to do green just because it's what I was used to and lost on it before. Which are you on? I have been doing Cambridge and struggled once lockdown happened so I might put weight on to start Sadas my metabolism will be out of whack.

I've just rejoined - on green which I was doing before. Put on at least half a stone since lock down. Tried a zoom meeting yesterday but didn't really think much of it. Might cancel and do digital only. Find pinch of nom recipes good.

I've done slimming world before and lost 5 stone, never went to meetings, all online. I've joined ww this week as they had 3 months free, and intend to do it all on my own at home too. Never would consider meetings.
