Gousto and WW

Hi all. I've done WW in the past with success, and have finally decided to take the plunge having gained a stone since last year... urgh.

We (me and DH) have Gousto meals 4x a week, then have normal family dinners the rest of the week (spag bol, a roast chicken etc).

I've started pointing my existing Gousto meals (i.e., meals in the fridge right now), but I can't work out how to point meals when I'm selecting them. Some have been quite high in points (20 smart points for one!) because of minced lamb / pork / chicken thigh etc.

Has anyone else already pointed a load that they would be willing to share? I can do the same with mine in return!

I was wondering exactly the same thing! Thinking of joining WW but we also do Gousto so I'm wondering if it'll be a big faff? No help to you sorry!

Me too! I really enjoy cooking the Gousto meals too so don’t want to stop. The portion sizes are quite well controlled too. Wonder if the WW app will include it eventually rather like the eating out guides?

This reply is late, but if you have the WW app there is a recipe builder where you can enter the ingredients & quantities, number of servings and it will give you the points for the plan you are on.
