I rejoined WW in November. First two weeks I was 100% on it. No loss. Then Christmas holidays struck and weight went up. Back on it “properly” in January. Since then I’ve had a few meals out and parties but I would say I’m on it 90% of the time - tracking everything.
I do the green plan.
Since Jan I have lost 4.5lb. I had lost 7 but I gained 2.5 over half term and 2 weeks later it’s not gone.
Anyone else really struggling despite tracking and measuring and sticking to it most of the time?
I don’t really know what to do... (I do it online as I can’t get to a group near me)
