Started ww 5 weeks ago. Have lost on average 1 kg per week. This week I've lost nothing. Have registered everything and got 16 weeklies left (out of 40). Feeling really deflated now. What am I doing wrong? Should I stop using my weeklies ? I've been eating a lot of lentils and chickpeas this week, could that be why I haven't lost weight? Anything else I should think about? TIA!
