Haven't lost anything this week. Advice please

Started ww 5 weeks ago. Have lost on average 1 kg per week. This week I've lost nothing. Have registered everything and got 16 weeklies left (out of 40). Feeling really deflated now. What am I doing wrong? Should I stop using my weeklies ? I've been eating a lot of lentils and chickpeas this week, could that be why I haven't lost weight? Anything else I should think about? TIA!

Could be many reasons... water weight or maybe too many free foods? They do add up. I’m rejoining WW tomorrow when they bring out their new plans. I will be following the Green plan which apparently has 100 free fruits and vegetables, everything else is pointed like the older system. Freestyle just didn’t work for me. You have lost consistently up until this point so maybe you are just holding water like I said, our weight does fluctuate. See how it goes next week, don’t give up!

Weigh in time?

Sometimes you just have a week where you don’t lose and if you keep at it you will be good next week. It’s hard when you see that number on the scales though.

@FuntimeFranky Thank you so much for your reply! I really appreciate it. Will check out the new plans on ww tomorrow. Will also keep an eye on the "free foods".
