I've been on WW for a month. I'm on 23 SP which I keep to by eating mainly 0 points during the day and saving the rest for my evening meal. I don't always use my weeklies. I'm doing circuits twice a week, spinning twice a week and pilates once.
I've gone from 11 stone to 10.6 and am now back to 10.10
I always weigh myself Monday morning before breakfast.
What the hell am I doing wrong?????

Hello.
Hope your ok!
I am a WW coach and member.
Have you started the exercising along with doing the plan?
As long as you stick to your points 100 percent and don’t go over you should lose.
However when I exercise the weight stays the same or goes up and slowly down.
Exercise is amazing for us! And absolutely keep it up. But maybe change your focus from the scale?
Take pictures and measurements as they are other measures of success and start setting your self no scale goals instead to focus on them. It’s so disheartening I know! I really do but. Your doing everything you should it will come.
I personally made sure I ate every single point I had every week.

Also if you have the same foods all the time try switching these up?

Hope this helps! Keep going ❤️
