Just wondered if anyone would be interested in joining me for a daily food plan thread? I can't see on anywhere on here?
I used to do it on the WW website but the forums have gone on there, I learned today. I mush have been away longer than I thought!

On the menu for me today:

B: Porridge made with half water and half almond milk, cherries and 1tbsp single cream
L: HM ratatouille and couscous
D: Baked potato, cottage cheese, prawns, salad and 1 tbsp salad cream.
S: Mango, grapes, banana, boiled egg
D: 2 cups black coffee, fruit tea and squash
Doing WW

Hello, I'd like to join in!
Today I had no breakfast, as I was on training and forgot to take something with me! Used my SPs to get a skinny latte instead (4SP)

L - subway veggie patty sandwich (11SP) baked crisps (4SP)

T - stir fry with quorn, pak Choi, broccoli, asparagus and bean sprouts. 2SP for the sauce.

21 SP in total, but still not the healthiest of days re breakfast and lunch. I'm in the office tomorrow so will be able to plan much better.

InTheNorth123 · 17/01/2019 20:54

Forgot to add that I didn't have noodles with the stir fry, I used beansprouts instead so it was a low point meal.

sarahjaneg · 17/01/2019 21:29

Hi, oh I love subway but haven't been in ages!
I ended up "stealing" a few of the kids potatoes so coming in at 21points...
This is now my danger zone time...just but the last child (I have 4) to bed... it's my evening off before 3 on, and husband is on a night shift, usually I feel the need to treat myself....
Trying to make do with a cup of tea and emmerdale!

FiveShelties · 18/01/2019 01:15

Ended up going WAAAY into my weeklies yesterday as not only did I have a mcd wrap but I also had a mini tub of haagan dasz. Was worth it though!

Today ended up being all the above, without rice, but with the addition of two packets of Aldi lower fat crisps Blush

cathf · 20/01/2019 11:34

Well, this morning has been a Smart Points revelation! When I did ww before, I I regularly used to have sorbet for desert as it was very low in Points. Have totted up the recipe using smart points and it is a MASSIVE 21 POINTS per serving. I think that, the coupled with last week's 6pt serving for jelly, makes me need a lie down.
Today's plan is:
B: Already eaten. Pineapple juice, 2x bacon medallions, poached egg, mushrooms tomato, 1 slice of bread, Butterpak
D: Slow cooker beef, 2x Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, swede, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.
Leaves 5 dailies and 19 weeklies for disasters

I have not been good this weekend at all. Had a bottle of Prosecco on Friday with my friend, followed by crisps, milky bar buttons and toast! I don't feel guilty about the Prosecco, as I had planned for that and had zero point foods. The snacks were not planned however. I also had a bar of chocolate last night and regret it now.

Today hasn't been too bad. Had two rounds of toast for brunch and then a roast for tea. It was quorn fillet (zero points) boiled carrots, peas, broccoli, asparagus and cabbage (all zero) one Linda McCartney sausage (2) and bisto gravy (1). Also had about three roast potatoes.

Hoping to stay focussed this week. I think I'll change my weigh in day to a Monday in future in the hope it'll keep me focussed on the weekends!

sarahjaneg · 21/01/2019 07:47

This weekend has been written off for me too... I have counted literally everything but I'm currently -20 on my weeklies...
I have got a few fitpoints in the bank and hoping for a few more.... plus hopefully reduce the daily points. Weigh in is Wed...
Today's plan:-
B:- porridge and banana (4)
S:- cucumber and carrot
L:- home made soup, bread (5)
S:- Apple and Satsumas
D:- steak and salad (9)
Sugar free jelly and strawberries.
Total for the day :- 18
Hopefully 1 hr gym session.

sarahjaneg · 21/01/2019 07:50

It's crazy how some things are so high in smart points. I moved over from slimming world, it's odd because a lot of the foods are similar but occasionally I'll see something completely random!

sarahjaneg · 21/01/2019 07:50

Do you both weigh at home or group?

cathf · 21/01/2019 08:49

At home. I have done meetings in the dim and distant past, before online existed (I am 51)
Today's plan:
B: porridge with half water and half almond milk, cherries and 1tbsp single cream
L: 1.5 baked potatoes, cottage cheese
D: Chicken tagine, couscous
S: Banana, mango, grapes, maybe a couple of boiled eggs
Leaves me 3 under on dailies and 17 weeklies in the bank

OP posts:
sarahjaneg · 21/01/2019 17:03

I'm paying for meetings but sometimes think it's a waste of money/time..
My sister has just messaged me saying she's taking me out to the local Caribbean restaurant tonight... completely sabotage!

cathf · 21/01/2019 17:40

Well I have managed to sabotage today all by myself! I can't even blame your sister.
Add 2xpackets of low-fat crisps and a slice of toast to my day.
Down to four weeklies left Blush

OP posts:
sarahjaneg · 21/01/2019 18:24

Lol...
I've been so good today... have actually only used 3 points so far... hoping that'll help!

cathf · 22/01/2019 18:12

B: 2 x crumpets, 2 x tsp Butterpak=9pts
L: HM veggie chilli 0pts
D: BBC Good Food salmon and pasta thing 19pts
S: pineapple, banana, grapes, 2 x boiled eggs, 3 x slices ham 1pt
Takes me one point over my dailies and 3 weeklies left

OP posts:
sarahjaneg · 23/01/2019 07:48

Well unfortunately I think this week is a write of, a nice meal out on Monday resulted in cocktails til 2 in the morning (on a school night!!) And the most horrific hangover all day yesterday...finished off with a 3million sp fish and chip supper...
So it's weigh in today... going to face the music and draw the line!
Today's plan:-
B; eggs and soldiers (4)
L:- salad and tuna
D:- chicken curry, cauliflower rice

cathf · 24/01/2019 14:49

Went completely off-piste when I got home from work last night.
Can you spot when? Grin
Yesterday was:
B: Porridge with almond milk, single cream and cherries
L: HM broccoli soup
D: Meatballs in tomato sauce. Vegetables and brown rice mix
S: Grapes, pineapple, banana, 2 x boileed eggs, 3 x lower-fat crisps (going to stop buying these) and two slices of ham

Today:
B: Boiled egg, best of both bread and butterpak
L: HM dahl and leftover veg rice
D: Minced beef and youhurt dumplings (unsure about those will report back), peas, carrots and mash
5 under on my dailies and 2 weeklies left with WI tomorrow, so some sort of treat is on the cards I think.
