Low or zero point foods

Hi,

I just signed up to WW digital and thought it would be really useful to get a list of low or zero point foods together.

I was pleased to see both chicken breasts and eggs are zero points and also fruit including bananas.

I've just had a tin of WW tomato soup for lunch (1) with some Ryvita whole grain crackerbread (0.5 each). So a good lunch for just 3 points.

I was planning on having salmon fillet for dinner but the app says it's 6 points which seems quite high especially as I was planning on having Couscous too. I also thought that 4 points for a low fat yogurt was quite a lot.

Anyone want to add any other good low point foods to the list.

Your salmon should be free - are you just scanning a barcode on a packet? If so, ignore it - if it's just plain salmon fillet it's 0 and you only need to point anything you use to cook it (oil etc) or any sauce.

Yes, fish is free

Hi - yes I scanned the packet but it was just plain salmon fillets. Is the scanner often wrong then?

Love this idea. I signed up for online member ship yesterday and still getting my head around it all so would be great for me to see what's free or low points

The scanner is wrong about free food because it goes by nutritional value. Fish is free, as is 0% fat natural yogurt

On the app, scroll down and click Recipes. Then there's a box that says Zero Points Foods. Click that and there's a huge list.
