It's time to take myself in hand and get some weight shifted. I saw my GP yesterday and I'm now on two different meds for my blood pressure. And in just over a year I'll be 50. I don't want to be fat and fifty.

So does anyone have a referral link for me to use so that I get a bonus month please?
