I joined WW for the millionth time about 6 months ago. I only did it for about 2 weeks before falling off the wagon but I feel sure there was a WW plan that was all No Count. It included lots of free foods like whole meal thins, porridge, skimmed milk etc. You only had a weekly point allowance as generally you we expected to eat from the free food list. Did I imagine this or did it really exist?
I joined WW again last week and I planned to do the No Count plan but it wasn’t mentioned at all. There was a list of free foods like eggs and chicken but that was it.
Can anyone clarify for me or was my free plan just a dream Hmm
Thank you.

No, you haven't imagined it but they stopped offering it as a choice when they relaunched with a focus on wellness last year.

Thanks Raggi - I thought I was going mad!

I quite like the sound of that.

There's a really good group on FB called No Count Friends which is definitely worth checking out.

That’s a shame. I think it was called ‘filling and healthy’ when I did it.

They still have the ‘filling and healthy’ food list online. I don’t know if it’s more restrictive than no count or not though

That’s interesting Slowly. I will have a look. Thanks.
