Weightwatchers buddies here!

I have a crazy busy life as am a working mum of 2 who often has to bring work home to do in the evenings, and a husband who works late too so there's no chance of going to meetings, so I have to do weight watchers online with the app. I've done weightwatchers before and tried 5:2 as well - been successful on both but have discovered I need buddies to talk to who are in the same boat as me, to check in with and to empathise with. Anyone want to join a thread of support? I have put on 2 stone as have gone from an incredibly fit running gym bunny to a very overweight blob as I smashed up my knee skiing last winter and so am still hobbling around. Plus the other knee has damage to it. The extra weight is putting even more strain on my knees and I have loose some!! My problem is I have no willpower and eat lots of junk in the evenings and at work throughout the day.

My stats are: 5'8 and 81kg (12 stone 10lb)
BMI 27.38 Blush

I'd love to hear from people in the same boat as me and trying to get on the werighwatchers wagon. Maybe we can exchange ideas about best techniques for helping with willpower etc. It seems weightwatchers has changed their points system yet again (since when were eggs points free??) so exchanging of recipe favourites would be great too!

I’m in :-)

I have about 3kg to lose and am veggie. Need to balance my ww-friendly cooking with the food needs of skinny, high energy DS!

My recent discovery is mini poppadoms - cooked in microwave for a minute. You get loads for 1 point!

Oh and waffles made from chickpeas and eggs - almost pointless!
