Points advice please

So I have failed miserably at SW and am looking in to swapping to WW.
I'm interested in the flex plan.
Is all lean meat free, or only poultry?
I understand I'll have points per day. So I really want to get an idea of how many points I'll use on my favourite regular items, and I'd love to find this out before I sign up as I want to be confident it'll be realistic for me.
Can anyone tell me, how many points is in a glass of wine, a banana, a jacket potato, milk, weetabix, slice of bread?
None of these foods are on the flex list, so I want to know if I'd have enough daily points to include them in my diet, or not, before I sign up online and pay.
Also on Trustpilot loads of people have said WW make it really hard to cancel your subscription - has anyone here found that to be true?
Thanks in advance for any advice!

That's really helpful, thank you!
I can see things soon add up though....am I right in thinking that on the flex plan you get about 20 points a day?
Are you finding it a good plan to follow?
Thank you.x

I have in the past- I've just rejoined. I get 23 points a day. All fruit and veg are pointless (Smile) and recently chicken breast and eggs (and probably loads of other things) became point free too so it's certainly doable now!

I’ve never had a problem cancelling. You have to phone up to cancel, you can’t just click a link online though.
Pretty sure you can cancel within the first 14 days if you sign up online but check that for yourself - I have never wanted to!
I think it is great!

Today's breakfast -
Blueberries and tinned mandarins with fat free yoghurt; two boiled eggs with one large slice of wholemeal bread - 3sp! I didn't even need lunch!

I often have the protein thin bagels at lunchtime as they are quite filling and only 4sp. I often have three eggs, scrambled or poached, and some sort of veg (beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes) and if still hungry have fat free yoghurt with fruit.

All this then leaves me 21 points from afternoon until bed time,
So normally have a huge dinner.

There is a massive selection of free foods to choose from. My usual breakfast is overnight oats for 3sp. (It's 1sp per 10g oats).

I much prefer ww to sw as it's much more flexible for eating out/grabbing a snack when out and about.

You also get weekly points which you can use over and above your daily points, so can basically have one cheat day a week xx
