Hello!

I am starting WW tomorrow and am going to buy in a few bits to have on hand.

What are your WW essentials please?

My essentials are ww tomato soup, eggs, bagel thins, salad, veg, cauliflower rice, fruit, lotus biscoffi biscuits!

Thank you! It looks like eggs, fruit and veg might be key... maybe some WW convenience things?

Unfortunately I can’t use that link for an extra month, as I already signed up last night. I’m planning to start tomorrow though.

Hi , there are some good menu plans with shopping lists you can access on the app or in the magazine. A a rule, fat free greek yoghurt, chicken breast, eggs and unsmoked fish, pulses, fruit in juiice or fresh/frozen, range of veg,, sandwich thins ,flatbreads, wraps these are all good zero or low point staples
