Anyone successful with WW during perimenopause?

Looking for advice on WW success during perimenopause. I’ve always done WW and managed to reach my goal weight, after a couple of years I tend to put on approx half a stone and will get back to WW to shift it.
However this year has been an emotional one and I’ve put on 2 stone, I’ve been back to WW since June with no luck at all. I’m following the plan but will lose a pound then stay the same for a couple of weeks then will put on 3 pounds. I’m going through perimenopause and feel that everything that used to work for me no longer works. It’s frustrating and depressing that I can’t seem to shift this weight. I walk everyday and walk between 3 to 10 miles a day.
Any advice would be appreciated?

Yes - I'm 48 and perimenopausal. I've lost 2 stone 12 lbs since August on WW. 11 lbs to go.

It was a lot easier than I than it would be - the new app really makes tracking easier.

I do online - can't fit in meetings and to be honest it's myself I need to be accountable to. I feel a million times better - cutting down on alcohol and sugar has really helped my general wellbeing I think too.

I should probably be try to be helpful - these are things that worked for me

Cutting out wine - I do have the odd vodka with slimline ginger beer on a Friday (all counted)

Planning ahead every week - makes it easier to stay on track

Eggs - free on WW. I make omelettes a lot with tons of salad. Scrambled egg in the morning with roasted tomatoes and turkey ham

Heck chicken sausages - so tasty with roasted peppers and red onion

Banana pancakes and mug cakes - really tasty treats

Now that the colder weather is here I'm planning on lots of vegetable soup, make ahead and freeze for work lunches. In the summer I ate salad every single day at work for lunch but I doubt I'll keep that up for much longer.

I lost 1-2 lbs a week for the first couple of months, it has slowed right down now to about half a pound each week/fortnight but that's ok as I feel (and look) so much better.

Thanks so much for your reply. I just seem stuck at the moment. I’ll keep going & hopefully the weight loss will start again.
Well done on your weight loss
