Accountability thread?

I have just joined up today but I am a bugger for chocolate. I previously gave up sugar for 9 months but fell off the wagon and I need to lose 2 stone.

So would anyone be interested in an accountability thread? Tell us if you've had a shitty day and get some support? Or is there already 1 going? I'll be on here a lot Confused

I eat chicken, eggs, loads of salad and veg and fruit.
Soup and melba toast for lunch usually.
I am not a breakfast eater.
I had roast potatoes cooked in fry light today with carrots and onions and a slice of beef.
I like wholemeal bread and WW tuna and sweetcorn (small tin 2 points)
I have a weakness for carbs and am trying to give up crisps. I have a pack of Walkers French Fries every day.

I also like crumpets with a scrape of low sugar jam :)

I just started yesterday, and have high hopes!

sprinkleofno · 16/10/2018 21:27

Can I join? Just started today - I've taken myself off to bed to stop night time snacking.

Toomanytoremember · 18/10/2018 09:48

How are you finding it @sprinkleofno?

sprinkleofno · 18/10/2018 10:43

Hi! I am finding it ok- I think because it's my first week I'm really motivated. I hope this continues. The only thing is I'm struggling to find points for items online - some conflicting numbers. I can't use the barcode scanner as I pay in class and not online. How are you doing?

QueenOfIce · 19/10/2018 14:03

Sorry ladies, I sacked WW the constant calorie counting and the new way drove me mad so I ditched it and instead began walking 30 mins a day eating my usual meals (which have always been pretty healthy) but a smaller portion and stopped snacking but allowed myself some chocolate in the evening if I wanted some. That was 2 weeks ago and I'm 5lbs less than I was.

I realise I cannot count calories it has a detrimental effect and makes me want to binge!

I've kind of been doing the same - I'm confused with points so I've been healthy ish. Still going to go to the class tomoro as I think it'll be good to keep me on track- might askthen about the online bar code thingy.
