Today it starts. I've signed up online and started meal tracking / planning. I am determined and I can do this.

Anyone else starting?

Sorry I shouldn't say ladies should I, bit of an assumption, I know one of my male friends lost loads of weight doing WW 🙈

PawneeParksDept · 20/09/2018 15:38

There's a button to press on the app for linking for linking Fit Bit

So far I'm finding it easy but also a bit shocking - one Wispa on its own for example is more than an average meal 👀

DaisyChops · 20/09/2018 20:49

Thanks @PawneeParksDept, that shocking about the wispa (but maybe that why I need to lose weight 😂).

I think I'm going join online and start on Saturday, I like the sound of the weekly points!

DaisyChops · 21/09/2018 22:41

I've just joined online, got the app and linked my Fitbit so just having a chocolate digestive before starting tomorrow! Going for a Saturday weigh in, I thought this was genius, why have I never done this before!

Titsywoo · 21/09/2018 23:23

I've had a good 3 days and haven't gone over points at all but I have a friends 40th tomorrow so I'm a bit nervous as there will be lots of booze and good food! Wish me luck! I've saved my weeklies so I have 54 points for the whole day.

nottsangel · 22/09/2018 13:23

I started 6 weeks ago with 2 st to lose. I"m an onliner and have been messing about really. I need to do this properly. Wish me luck guys and good luck in returnx

I'm struggling with feeling hungry and not having suitable snacks

What's good as a low point snack whilst watching telly?

DaisyChops · 22/09/2018 22:41

I snack on kallo chocolate rice cakes, 2 points each. The chocolate is like proper chocolate, not like the snackajack ones, although I do like those aswell.

Day one done and stayed within my points, yay!

Does anyone know if the points you get from the Fitbit are daily or weekly?

PawneeParksDept · 29/09/2018 00:37

How many of you use the Flex Points and how worried are you about going "over" and dipping in?

I know that's what they are there for but I can't help but think of it as self sabotage Confused

DaisyChops · 29/09/2018 12:04

I was also wondering about this and also the fit points?

Last week was my 1st week online as I racked up 76 fit points just by my usual running about after the kids but surely I shouldn't be eating these aswell as the weeklies?

I tried to be good and stick to the points and use the weeklies for the days when I was panick eating before an interview!!! Although I didn't track that day as it was so bad!

Managed to lose 4lb last week and that included way too much McDonald's 🙈 would be happy with a maintain this week as I'm not sure the 4lb is real!

PawneeParksDept · 29/09/2018 16:22

I am hoping for 4 this week but I feel like I'm cheating if I use Flex and if I'm doing it wrong I won't use any

PawneeParksDept · 29/09/2018 16:22

Lose

DaisyChops · 29/09/2018 18:05

I've just been to a birthday party and totally forgot I was doing WW and had a massive piece of cake 😂 that's probably my weeklies gone on day 1!!!

I was having a look on connect the other day and it was mixed about the weeklies, some people saying they used them all and lost every week and some saying they tried not to, guess it depends on how accurately u track aswell and how much exercise you do
