What are WW groups like?

I'm a previous SW target member (lost over 2st when I got married 5 years ago) but I could never stick to it afterwards and I've attempted it a few times since with little/no success so I'm officially switching alliances and I've signed up for WW online.

My question is: A few messages on this board have described SW groups as boring so can anyone tell me how WW groups are any different?

I'm unsure as to whether attending group would benefit me or whether I should just keep using the app.

They vary widely and largely depends on the coach. Some meetings are great, lively, friendly & motivational whilst others are dull and boring and I feel like I have wasted a morning. I am a gold member so I no longer pay but do try and go to meetings every few weeks to stay on track and there is a massive variation.

I really like group it stops me from wanting to cheat and also you can buy great ww foods cooking sauces ect that are not available in the shops. I wouldn't say it's boring some of the info is very helpful and keeps you motivated
