I've been a member online for 3-4 weeks now and somehow managed to put on weight... only a few lb but obviously, that's not the intended idea!

I have 3 stone to loose and am keen to have done it by my 30th birthday in February... Have also got a wedding in a month and want to be feeling a bit better about myself by then. Who's with me?! Looking for this thread to encourage, motivate and help keep me away from chocolate(!) Please feel free to join. 👋🏻

Hi maggy, how are you getting on? I'm back at WW this week after putting on 5lb on holiday 😱 2.5stone to go for me, aiming for it to be gone by my birthday in April!

So sorry @RubySlippers77, have been awol! What a surprise. I'm such an all or nothing kinda girl, and since the birth of my son (19 months ago 😱😬), it's definitely more of a definite nothing!

I'm making a meal plan for the week and going shopping shortly. Here's to a better week. How are you doing?

It’s been a long time since I did ww so flex is a bit new to me - however I’m almost 40lbs heavier than my ideal weight so I’ve bitten the bullet and signed up to online today!!

I think I need the accountability rather than solo efforts as it’s too easy to slack off and put it off till next week.

It’s 3 months until my next works “do” and I want to be able to wear a stunning dress that I can’t squeeze into right now so I’m in for a kick up the backside too Grin

I always find soups/stews easier to get on with than the temptation of ice cream so roll on autumn, hope you’ve had good days today!
