Is it recommended to use weekly points?

I am new to WW! I was previously on SW but wanted to change. I have used all my daily points, but I want an extra wrap so if I dip into my weekly and just use an extra 4, will that affect my weight loss? Is it recommended that we use them/spread it out throughout the week? Thank you! X

Hi, as long as you don't go over your weeklies then go for it. I lost 2 stone this year and I also dipped into my weeklies so I'm proof that yes you can use them. I did it the other way though, I rolled 4 over each day then on the saturday enjoyed all my weeklies and dailies for that day on a takeaway and drinks. Good luck on your weigh loss journey.

Yes you can and still lose. I use mine every week but I o luck lose a small
Amount each week a pound or less. I think if I didn't use my weeklies I'd lose it quicker however I'd Laine thoroughly miserable 😅

God bloody predictive spelling.

I meant I'd be thoroughly miserable

I use all of mine. This week I have 230 fitpoints and I don't weigh until Friday I would starve if I didn't use my weeklies. I find I lose weight quicker too x
