Anyone on weight watchers who hadn't lost anything? I'm really following it, I think, and not losing a thing! Trouble is can't stand thins, no fat yogurt etc would rather eat the real stuff but less of it. Whole thing drives me to drink tbh. Oh...

I hated it and have just cancelled my membership, years ago I did ww and lost 4st, that was with old points. Think it was called Discovery plan.

I hate thins and fat free yogurt too, the plan is much the same as slimming world which I dislike. Also love veg but not mad on fruit and found it didn’t suit my lifestyle

I am doing badly on Flex - doesn't suit me at all. Seems like nonsense to me, after all, all foods have an energy value, healthy or not. I lost several stones on Smart points, but have put it back on with Flex. Waste of time.

I don't think I'd have done so well if I'd started with Flex. So many people aren't liking it are they? I remember the morning I changed to Flex. I'd been doing well and losing steadily tracking everything and ate similar things every day and it was working. I was making breakfast and thought, oh I can have 2 eggs now they're zero (when pointed I could only afford 1) then thought what am I doing??! I know with Flex you have to stop when full, not overeat the 0s but it is so easy to do!! Especially with the lovely cheaty workarounds we do - can't eat much plain 0 fat yogurt but could eat fluff till it comes out my ears!! Could easily eat 2 chicken breasts instead of 1 etc. Pre-flex there was more control from WW. Flex relies on self-control Hmm
