No count - potatoes?!

Hi, I’m new to WW - am following it online.

I think the no count plan may work for me when I’m away with work or on holiday, but could someone tell me if potatoes are included in the no count plan? Thanks

Yes they are, as long as they are cooked without any fat. I use the spray oil for doing wedges etc. And just skimmed milk in mash, no butter.

If I have them when I'm eating out I stick to new potatoes or jackets.

I'm back in it after a years break 12lbs to lose in 11 weeks....good luck!

Ah, thank you so much @deva! The no count has lots of similarities with slimming world.

I probably have around 2 stone to lose to be a slim, healthy weight. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been.

Lost my baby weight with WW after DD(8) but then tried slimming world after the weight crept back on as thought it might be better for my man size appetite. Weight did fall off but found it actually too restrictive (yes there’s a list of free foods but you have to syn healthy stuff like seeds and nuts - which crept into my treat allowance too much).

I’m enjoying the flexibility WW gives (especially with eating out being a veggie) and haven’t been hungry on it yet...

Good luck
