What are you eating for breakfast. I am getting bored with what I am alternating. I need inspiration.

All I am eating is:

40g Porridge cooked in water with splash of milk and banana and/or berries
Special K 35g with skim milk
2 eggs on sough dough bread with/out mushrooms

I don't really like to go over 6 points for breakfast.

I’ve been making egg and ham muffins, spray muffin tin with fry light, line muffin tray with ham, crack in an egg, sprinkle with a little grated cheese, salt and pepper then bake for 15 mins, I make 6 at a time and take 2 into work.

Warborton thin with 2 low fat or chicken sausages, and mustard

Boiled eggs

Baked oats with yogurt and chopped fruit

The 0 point banana pancakes with greek yogurt and raspberries? I have these a lot as either a breakfast or a pudding - plus leaves your points for later on if you have at breakfast!

10 almonds , 2 points i think , and fresh fruit. I don't eat first thing so have this around 10am at work. At home i'd have scrambled eggs in numerous different ways, never with bread. Maybe some extra veg on the side or even a side salad. After my weigh in on Saturday i have sourdough crumpets from Waitrose , sometimes with a lick of marg and tsp jam each or sometimes with lean bacon or lower fat sausages then free veg.

Everyday I have the same. 1 slice wholemeal Nimble toast with 1tsp of butter and half a tin of chopped tomatoes (microwaved). Perfect for me till lunch. If I have more I just get on a roll eating and can't stop!

I love the frenchberry overnight oats points. 200g 0% fat plain natural yoghurt, 35g porridge oats - any berries you like. I usually have raspberries, strawberries and mango. All mixed together the night before and left in the fridge for next morning.
