Anyone care to share some low point finds on here. Someone recommended Waitrose Belgium Chocolate Ice-cream on here a while ago (50ml = 2 points) and it is absolutely delicious.

I also buy Laughing cow low fat triangles (1 point) and shove one in my mouth when starving and have a banana which keeps hunger away for a few hours.

Skyr = 0 points. Chuck some passion fruit in it and it is lovely.

Anyone found some tasty low point items that you can share?

I discovered skyr last week, it’s delicious! I have chopped banana, watermelon and grapes with skyr for breakfast.

Thanks for the ice cream tip. Though after all the sunshine this weekend I’m not sure any of our local shops will have much ice cream left today Grin

Lentil curls have become my go-to for crisps snack, 3SP for a bag.

Also try Proper Corn Lightly Sea Salted. They are 1SP per bag.

Thank you, they found good!
I need something to pick at, that’s not a packet of chocolate biscuits

i really don't like Skyr but shall try the Waitrose ice cream at some point. I tend to stick to free stuff for snacks , so fruit and veg mostly when hungry. Its been good as its getting me out of the habit of eating any processed food. if i really need sweet i go for sugar free sweets or gum or grapes. Aldi have the sweets by the tills and werthers original do a sugar free .
