Starting again tomorrow

The title says it all really... I’ve successfully lost weight with WW before, however I appear to have been losing and gaining the same stone for the past year. I just can’t seem to stick to it. I got on the scales this morning and I’m the heaviest I’ve been in 3 years. Nothing fits me and I’m miserable, I wasn’t going to weigh tomorrow but I’m going to force myself even though I know I’ve gained around 9 pounds in a week. How is that even possible? Shock I’ve had a few treats but there’s no way I deserve that! So fed up.

Do you go to meetings? I find they really help and couldn't have got to goal and maintained without them.

I don’t usually stay at the meetings because I am so busy but I might start staying. I will see how I get on next week. My gain was 5 pounds so less than I thought but still ridiculous for one week.

I get that you are busy but I've been a member for 10 years now and a helper and honestly, those who stay most of the time do better than the weigh and go members plus that is part of what you are paying for. I find the talk focuses my mind and it really is worth the hour a week for the meeting in my experience. Time and again too, members get to goal and stop coming then end up putting it all back on and re-starting at the beginning. Good luck.
