I really dislike it. There re no other near me that are suitable. I notice a lot of people who are just quickly in and out and are obviously just using the group as a way of being accountable.
The room is grotty, the coffee which we have to pay for is vile, the helper never greets anyone, people bang on about themselves constantly.
Surly basic greetings should be the norm?

I hope you're not talking about Marjorie Dawes?

Wow that's a shame. We have a lovely group. Any chance you could go further afar? There's a few in ours who never stay, just get weighed and go. Our coach weighs us, gives us a lovely greeting and asks us how our week's been then gives the motivating talk. It makes all the difference. I'll make sure I appreciate her!

Our local group is awful. To be fair, they are not unpleasant, just hideously boring. Most people weigh and go. There are a couple of other groups but the times don't suit so I am doing it online at the moment.
