Hi i was doing weight watchers. Not going to a group but just buying the weahter watchers products from supermarket, meals, grated cheese bread beans soup etc.
Only thing i've ever managed to stick to for a few weeks and was going great but I've not done it for 2 1/2 weeks now and need to get back at it.
Does anyone have any meal tips ? Or tips in general for loosing weight faster i'm not massive i'm a size 10 and want to be back to an 8. What is the daily points amount i was told 26 is that correct ? and an extra 45 for the whole week to use as you want ?
