I have about 10 stone to lose. I last did ww 2 years ago, I rejoined last night and I'm almost exactly the same as when I started last time.

I give myself small targets because 10 stone is rather overwhelming, so here's to my first stone!

I've not really timed this very well because I'm away next Wednesday, which should be my first weigh in, but I'm hoping that means I'll have a bloody good loss in 2 weeks...

I'm on day 5 and I'm finding it a bit wobbly today. I started well with cereal for breakfast and homemade soup for lunch and I've just had baked cod and loads of green veg for tea but now I'm proper craving chocolate and I'm not even a big chocolate eater!

Congrats on taking that first step. When you did WW two years ago how much did you lose and what have you gained back?

I'm trying to work out if this is the right diet for you, because a diet you're unable to sustain or pile the weight back on is pointless.

Why do you pick weight watchers?

Well done on taking the first step. I have less to lose but lost my first stone on ww at the end of last year. I fell off the wagon massively over Christmas though and put a bit back on.
They changed the flex system and added lots of things to the free food list in the new year which meant I lost 7 points a day in the change. I didn’t suit me much after that because I didn’t eat 7 points worth of the free things and would struggle to. I’m at a bit of a loss now what to do.

My sister in law had a huge loss on ww though and she is managing to maintain too. I liked how ww made me think about what I put in my mouth and make better choices while still allowing treats with the extra points on top of the dailies. Meant I could still have a treat at the weekends.
Huge luck to you.

I lost 2 stone in 3 months but then circumstances meant I stopped going and I've just taken the plunge again now. Putting 2 stone back on in 2 years isn't too bad I think!

I've had a dark chocolate kitkat (and entered it on the app) which has helped the cravings.

Well that sounds good, I would say a diet you can manage on your own would be better. But get that some folks need the meetings.

The good news is you know you can do this, what makes me think when I'm losing weight is every week I get a little smaller, think how much better you will feel in the summer, think of a new slim you at Xmas when you have a wobble. Make a commitment to yourself. Every single day you stick to it, every day you win...

When you have a wobble post on here. There is always someone to talk you out of it,
