Has anyone used them at all? I have been offered a trial box for £1 which I have ordered, I have asked them for the nutritional values of everything in the boxes - just wondered if anyone had tried them and what they were like.

Hey, I tried some of the chicken dishes. I thought they were good. What was your verdict?

Did you get to find out the nutritional values?

I love simply cook. Some of the ingredients are not the lowest in calories so you need to choose wisely, but everything is cooked from scratch which must help nutritionally.

I've never asked them about the ingredients but I feel like I should now I use their kits more regularly. Especially because they don't show it on their website, I feel like it probably has more bad things in than I think.

Have you tried the Churrasco chicken? If you like sweetcorn I can highly recommend. Adds a new taste to the sweetcorn.
