So back at weight watchers ( again) but this time I feel I am in the right mind set. Three weeks in and first week lost 3.8 lbs which was great, next week 1lb lost and this week 0.8lb lost. I have been very good no cheats and lots of exercise, about 25 to 30 fit points earnt each week but why such a slow weight loss? I have weight to lose ( stone to get to goal) so please let me know if this is anyone else's weight loss each week.

Hi, are you drinking lots of water as I find this makes a massive difference with me weight loss each week. I drink on average 2lr a day and loose 2-3 lb a week
When I dint drink much water I find my weight stays the same

I am so rubbish at the water; does it count if it's squash?

Don't give up! If you need ur brain retrained to be more comfortable with food and healthy eating u could also read up on Rebelfit. The dude (Liam?) Is great at motivation and explaining the ins and outs of y we "fail" diets.

Keep at it, good luck!

You're averaging over 1lb a week loss. That's fab. That's what ww advocate as a good healthy loss. Are you eating your fitpoints? Is this more exercise than you were doing before - my coach said only count it if it's new extra activity on top of the usual.

I average about 1lb a week sometimes a little more sometimes a little less sometimes stay the same. Overall I've lost nearly 3 stone since September last year. I'm happy with that. :-)

It sounds like it's slow because you have such a small amount to lose. Keep going and yes drink lots of water!
