Difference between No Count and Flex?

Hi all, can anyone help (clueless) me by explaining the difference between these? I'm in week 3, have 27 daily points and 42 weekly. I don't know which plan I'm doing! Have been pointing everything with a points value and also eating things with no points value (eggs, fruit, chicken etc) bit am now worried I've somehow mixed plans.... thanks in advance.

Do you have the app? That has a help section where you can chat with a coach. Also you can fix whether you are using flex or no count day by day.

However, flex is just the new pointing way, they've made lots more food zero points, but also reduced the number of points you are allowed.

No count hasn't changed from previously, there will be some foods which are zero on no count, but still pointed under the flex system.

With me so far? Smile

You can change between the two systems day by day, but don't mix the two in a single day.

I hope that helps, sorry if not. Thanks

Does that mean if you use the app you are automatically on flex?

No you get to choose.

Surprised there aren't WW coaches all over this board.....

Thanks, all. I took the advice to ask an online coach via the app who explained things. I think WW Flex is the name of the whole plan, and you can choose to count (ie daily and weekly points allowances, as well as zero points foods) or do No Count. No Count means you get weekly points but not daily - but there are more things on the 'zero' or unpointed list - e.g. a certain amount of oil per day etc. Basically, I'm doing the counting plan and that's all I needed to find out. The coach was v helpful.
