Hi, I've restarted ww after 2 months off.

I really struggle with only 23 points, it doesn't seem enough.

I'd really like some low point snacks ideas that are lactose free and not totally fruit based as I have a digestive condition where I can't eat fruit with seeds or skin.

Any ideas very much appreciated as I'm finding the new system quite hard.

Thank you

pickled cucumber
boiled eggs
Carrot sticks
I used to have mini poppadoms on the old ww - where you cook them yourself, fat free, in the microwave. Not sure what they point at now though.
Popcorn
Roasted chickpeas (so they're crunchy)

Cor, it is hard, isn't it?!
