Measured on my scales at 13 st 0.4 last Monday, measured on my scales at 12 st 13.4 tonight.

Got weighed at slimming world on Thursday and I was 13 st 2, do you think it was possible to have put on 2lbs in 4 days or do you think someone’s scales are out?

I think it is possible - but that doesn't mean that the 2lb is fat!

Years ago, when I first did ww, I weighed myself every day (even though they tell you not to). I noticed that my weight did fluctuate a lot between days - so I put it all on a chart and didn't worry about big increases (or decreases) in weight, so long as the overall trend was downward.

So don't panic! It is probably just be extra water or food in your system. It'll probably be gone by your next official weigh-in day.
