SSRI

Hi is anybody doing weight watchers while taking an SSRI? I have been taking escitalopram for 14 months and gained 2 stone! Coming off them is not an option so joined last week with a goal of loosing the 2 stone. First weigh in on Tuesday 🙄

I don’t have an answer I’m afraid, but am following for ideas as will soon be going back on Sertraline and will need to be uber strict diet wise - I put on 2 stone last time I was on them. Wasn't eating the healthiest if I’m honest though. Blush

Hi Jazz. I have lost 7lbs in 2 weeks following the plan so hopefully it will continue to come off! I find I habe put weight on so easily since taking it so definitely need to be strict! Lifelong member I think it will have to be!
