How do I choose which WW plan to start

I don’t have much to lose but I eat carbs at every meal.
Not potato’s but rice or bread.
I love eggs and eat them most days, (with toast and butter!)

I hated using MFP. Too much of a faff and I was permanently hungry and focused on what I could eat.

Any advice?

Hi there, I still stick to the old pro points plan, you can probably find the info on line along with a points calculator.i could never get my head around smarts when they were introduced and thought 'why fix it if it ain't broken'. I have been at or below goal for 4 years now. The best thing about it for me is that it allows for treats and gets you into the habit of weighing things like pasta, rice and potatoes

Thanks. I’ve signed up. I’m going to look for the app now to see how easy —or not— that is

Hope you get on OK with pro points-I didn't realise you'd have to sign up to get the info though, as It's not ww's current system, I just assumed it'd be google-able...i just rely solely on what's been firmly stuck in my head all these years! Good luck

The brand new plan is Flex. Lots of things are zero points, eggs, fruit and veg, pulses etc. The rest is Smart Points with a generous rollover. So I’ve been sticking to as low points as possible (I’ve just had banana pancakes with fruit and low fat yoghurt, zero points) during the week and then blowing my accumulated points on a roast dinner and wine at the weekend.

I’m at half a stone after three weeks.
