New plan help

Got all the new info on Thursday and I’m struggling big time.

I don’t eat much protein so that’s not helped me at all. Devastated I’m 7 points down!!

Typical day is either cereal or fruit and Greek yogurt (2nd choice is fine as free but 1st choice uses a chunk of point). I don’t really like eating eggs at breakfast.
Lunch would be a filled roll.
Dinner is pasta, rice with chicken and veg or salad.

I do have a sweet tooth which doesn’t help.

What do you all eat? I want to go back to the old plan. Can I even do that?

Hi I’ve just left WW. I’m allergic to fish and eggs so I could either live off chicken or starve. I tried the new plan. I spent a day writing down the points and calories in everything I ate. After lunch I had eaten my 23 points, a whole 643 calories worth. By bed I had had my 30 points which (inc fruit and veg) came to 1200 calories, incidentally the minimum recommended. When I cancelled my membership I very much got the feeling I wasn’t the first due to the above reasons. I’m using my fitness pal. Saving myself £21 per month and it’s so easy. Lost 2lb in less than a week. Everything has calories shown these days, so very flexible. There are apps out there (mainly us based that allow you to use old sp) or just overwrite points and keep your 30. Good luck

I was as sceptical but have stayed under points every day so far.

Cereal - 4 points (bran flakes / weetabix) plus milk 2 points, coffee or tea with milk (1).

Lunch - roll (5) chicken (0) or ham (1), salad & light mayo (1).

So that's 13 or 14 so far. You've got 9 or 10 left for dinner which is quite a lot for chicken & rice / pasta etc.

Try to switch it around - so if you know you're going to want a snack in the evening, have yoghurt & fruit for breakfast to free up points, or have a Warburton thin or wrap instead of a roll?

I'm only 6 days in so it may all go to pot !!
