And am trying to write a shopping list so I stay on plan! Am I being stupid or is there a list anywhere on the app/logged in bit of the website with a list of the smartpoint values of foods? Or do i just annoyingly have to type in every food to find the value. I've joined online because there are no meetings I can get to near me (I will not sacrifice the toddlers naptime!) But really don't want to have to shell out nearly £90 for the at home pack...

I did weight watchers online,
If you google list of zero pp foods it will come up with a list.
Good luck

Hey! I'm online too, just re-starting after a holiday.. I find as a general rule fruit & veg are free (a few exceptions) and pretty much every thing else has a points value. Also do you have the app? If so you can go on to Connect & post any questions/ideas on there, I've found it really helpful they are a great bunch! Good luck x

Perfect thanks! Have just downloaded the app. I did WW years ago and it worked well - now baby number 2 is about to start on food, I really need a kick to lose the weight
