Disappointed in ww online

I lost a lot of weight on WW about ten years ago so decided to give it a go again to lose baby weight.

I signed up to ww online but when I try to search in the tracker I keep getting error messages. Also I've downloaded an app but it doesn't recognize my username or password? If I go to 'sign up' instead of 'log in' I have to provide a valid zip code, which of course I don't have.

Am I doing something wrong here?

It sounds like you've downloaded the American app rather than the UK one. You need to make sure that the language in your device is set to UK English rather than US English and then search for and download the app again.

Also, are the app and he weightwatchers online different things? Are they linked? I assume they are

I'm not tech illiterate btw but not finding this very user friendly

I think it might be because I'm out of the country just now. A bit peed off because I went to meetings when I was last in the U.K., told them the situation and they were happy to take my money

Sorry it didn't work. I'm not techy at all but find the app and the website easy to navigate. It sounds like there maybe a problem with the website at the moment. I'd give it another try in the morning and if it still doesn't work but you can log in then click on the 'ask an expert' button and you'll be connected to a coach who can talk you through it. If you can't log in then call customer services.

Just read you're not in the country. I may be wrong but I'm sure that when I was doing WW I could still use the app when I was abroad.

They should be linked. Can you log into your account on the WW website? They have something similar to the app, on the website when you sign in, although I find it much less intuitive. The only time I have had trouble is when I tried to log into the US WW site. Definitely contact WW to see if they can sort the problem out for you. In my experience, email responses can be a bit slow, so either phone or try online chat.

It's great isn't it? I've used My Fitness Pal before but the ww database seems much more organised. Thumbs up
