WW Time to Eat

Hello everybody!

I have recently (as in this week) embarked on doing WW from 2003 which was called Time to Eat. I've got the books and the way to work out points and a whole load of information on this if anybody wants to join in? I have done all of the WW plans and Slimming World but the old style points (not pro points) is the one for me. I lost nearly 5 stone on this 14 years ago.

With SW I tend to just eat too much. Even though it is classed as 'free' I go way over because 'i'm allowed to'.

Just wondered if anybody else out there is doing this? x

I lost 30kg in six months a few years back on pro points. Two years in a stressful new job which sees me reaching for the wine every night and less time to exercise and I have put half of that back on. I have re-joined WW but just can't get my head around the new smart points system. Just posting to say good luck really 😊

There's a vintage points thread here if you have a look further down the thread.
I did all the original plans & found them great. Am now with smart points and doing OK. .. 20 years on playing with the same 10lb
