I can't help with the monthly pass info, but the website says 18 is the minimum age for meetings + online… copied and pasted from the FAQ:

"Why can't under 18-year olds purchase Meetings + Online?
Unfortunately, we can't allow our members who are under 18 years of age to subscribe to any of our Internet related products such as Weight Watchers® eSource (and Meetings + Online as it includes eSource). Unlike Weight Watchers meetings, our online products are not currently able to address the special nutritional requirements of those under 18. Moreover, subscribers need to be at least 18 years old for them to legally agree to and accept our Meetings + Online Subscription Agreement.

Still have a question? We can help. Call us on 0345 345 1500 to speak to our customer service team or email us on [email protected]. You'll get an automated receipt when your email has been received."

As above, I think your daughter would need a doctors note. As far as I can see, the dr needs to recommend a goal weight. Children are unable to follow the normal plan as their dietary requirements are different, as they are still growing and developing.

If you can log into your WW account on their website, you should be able to find your monthly pass to print a copy out.

Log in >> find your initials in a little circle in the top right hand corner and click on this >> select settings >> elect Profile >> select See your account settings >> may well need to re-enter password now >> under My Account and then under payment plan information you need to select Monthly Pass card. It should open up to show you a copy of your pass.

Not sure if you will need it, or a copy of your email receipt will suffice. I would expect if you have your membership number you could be tracked down from that.
