Do you eat your fitpoints?

At the weekend I got a Fitbit. I have synced it with my WW app so it tracks the fit points. Since the weekend I have earned 24 fitpoints! Well 30 but 24 I can "spend". THIs seems like loads! I do a lot of walking during the day but not sure if I should count these fitpoints or not. I don't attend group so can't ask a consultant - I asked on the online helpline and got a stock answer of the fitpoints are there for extra treats or a night out type.

I don't know whether to eat them or not? I've been doing more walking to get my steps up, but obviously I've never tracked the fitpoints before so never had the opportunity to decide whether to eat them or not lol
Do you eat yours?!

No, I don't and I do accumulate alot every week. I eat all my daily and weekly points every week though Grin

I didn't in the beginning. It was nice they were there to dip into in an emergency, as a buffer, I think WW prefer not to encourage members to use them, but you can if you like/need to. My points have been reducing frequently as I lose more and more weight, and I have also increased my activity. Because if this, I have found I do now need to use some if them. I have been using quite a few of my fitpoints for several months now. I usually earn 130-140 fitpoints a week. I think it is an individual thing and you have to see what works for you. Elsewhere I have seen members who are active find they are more hungry with the level of activity they do and some do need to eat some of their fitpoints. Everyone is different.

Forgot to add, I have been on this plan for a year now and lost just over 8st so far...

I've only just started logging them and only specific exercise I do rather than my steps.

I don't use them. I don't tend to lose or I only lose half a pound if I eat most of my weeklies.

I do. I loser more when i usd them all ( Ca. 100 a week)
