At the weekend I got a Fitbit. I have synced it with my WW app so it tracks the fit points. Since the weekend I have earned 24 fitpoints! Well 30 but 24 I can "spend". THIs seems like loads! I do a lot of walking during the day but not sure if I should count these fitpoints or not. I don't attend group so can't ask a consultant - I asked on the online helpline and got a stock answer of the fitpoints are there for extra treats or a night out type.
I don't know whether to eat them or not? I've been doing more walking to get my steps up, but obviously I've never tracked the fitpoints before so never had the opportunity to decide whether to eat them or not lol
