I've been following WW since the beginning of May and I've lost 17lb so far. At first the weight came off quite quickly, but it has really slowed down over the last couple of weeks. I'm trying to tone up at the same time so in June I also did the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.
I was looking for something to do in July and found there's a 30 Day Slimline Challenge which is a combination of exercises from three of Jillian's DVDs - 30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism.
Anyone else fancy doing it with me - starting tomorrow!?!?
