Starting ww. What are the basic foods

Starting ww on thurs eve but need to do a food shop tomorrow. What do I need to buy so I'm ready to go!!

Not a set list as such there are 2 basic plans.
No count is,
Fruit & vegetables. .frozen tinned in juice or fresh. Lean meat fish eggs 0% yogurt etc crumpets wholemeal thins low fat milk.
People like sugar free jelly.
Google ww no count list.
The smart points plan is having a daily allowance and counting what you eat via the app or book.

Thanks happy. Any particular crumpets? Are thins the whole meal variety? Please tell me I don't have to eat muller yogurts. (Have tried sw in the past and thought they were the food of the devil)

Wholemeal thins..any crumpets..I buy tesco own brand. No muller lights.😁they are rank. 0% greek yogurt is nice on 'free fruit'
Keep to real food that's not been messed with and you should be OK.
