I've been doing weight watchers online for nearly 3 months. I love the app and the 24/7 online chat function, I find the plan easy to stick to for the most part, and I'm losing weight! All good right? Except I am averaging a loss of less than 1lb a week! In 12 weeks I've lost 10lb. I don't weigh myself weekly so not sure of the ups and downs in between, and going to a group isn't an option for many reasons!
I'm pleased with the loss, I've dropped a dress size and people have noticed, but I guess I was hoping for a bigger loss by now?
I've got approx 1.5 stone more to lose.
I should just keep going, right? Anyone else experienced slow loss?
